Mars Takes a Move to Eliminate Racism/Prejudice in the Workplace to achieve Diversity

About the campaign:
The Mars HR would be hosting a racisms awareness workshop and campaign, in support of the Black Lives Matter anti-racism campaign ongoing in the globe. There is growing concern that workers face varying degrees of racism and prejudice in the workplace. In order to solve this problem, Mars human resources employees cooperated with Get It Well, companies specializing in interpersonal relations and management will use the principles of quality, responsibility and freedom to train human resources employees and Mars employees on the importance of diversified workplaces.
Mars is honoured to announce a partnership with Get it Well, and host Dr. Winifred Jamsum, CEO and founder of Get it Well. who will attend the two-day seminar and raise awareness with the head of the Mars human resources team. The audience and stakeholders we define are employees, partners, and human resources executive teams. The event will be held on Friday, November 27, 2020 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am At the MacClare Community Hall, 218 Riverside Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
